Returns and refunds
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, write to us at vi@terroir-al-limit.com with your order number and the bottles you want to return.
Conditions
Bottles must be returned unopened, with their capsule and label intact. Please send them back within 14 days of telling us, well packed, to:

The cost of returning the bottles is paid by the customer, unless the bottle arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the bottles and the original shipping cost (standard rate) once the bottles are back at our winery and we have checked that they are in perfect condition, and in any case within 14 days of receiving them. If the bottles come back damaged because they were mishandled, we may deduct that loss of value. The refund is made with the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Damaged or wrong items
If a bottle arrives broken or is not what you ordered, see "Damaged bottles" in our shipping policy. In that case we cover all costs.
