Terms and conditions of sale
1. Who we are
This online store is run by Terroir al Límit S.L., NIF B-43700137, registered in the Registro Mercantil de Tarragona (Tomo 1810, Folio 92, Hoja T-25306), with its address at c/ Baixa Font, 12, 43737 Torroja del Priorat (Tarragona), Spain.

2. Age
We only sell wine to people aged 18 or over, or the legal drinking age in your country if it is higher (21 in the United States). By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country.
3. Products and limited quantities
Some of our wines are produced in very small quantities. For these limited releases we may set a maximum number of bottles per person, which is shown on the product page. For Esllavissada 2025, the limit is 6 bottles per person. We may cancel orders that exceed this limit, with a full refund.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, including transport insurance, are shown at checkout before you pay and include all taxes and duties in the destination country (see our shipping policy).
5. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Payment is made at checkout with the methods shown there. To issue your invoice, we ask for your full name, ID or passport number, and billing address. We send the invoice by email; it comes from us, not from the carrier.
6. Shipping and delivery

7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. See our refund policy for the conditions.
8. Personal data
We use your data only to process your order, issue your invoice and contact you about it. See our privacy policy for details.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence in the European Union.
